This raga is a creation of Harikesanallur Muthiah Bhagavatar. It is completely scalar and goes as follows :
Aro : S R2 G3 M1 G3 P S
Avaro : S P M1 G3 R2 S
The GPS phrases are technically called an arpeggio in Western music, and this effect can remind you of kathana kuthuhalam
So here's HMB's kriti samayamidE in budhamanOhari by L Subramaniam (this was a high speed number of the Violin trio back in the day, that album still exists somewhere out there):

And here's TNS doing a detailed Alapana of this - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pp2z9mTdRm4 - The announcer totally gets the name wrong and calls it budharanjani, but it isn't.
An acharyanet lesson is also available : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F1s9M-Su-jc
A channel called Mystical Valley has another rendition of samayamidE this by M S Sheela : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HqtNfqYMsUA
Muthiah Bhagavatar has also composed another kriti in budhamanOhari, kAmesha baddha mAngalyE, of which this was the only recording I could find : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q5xpkAVp4Xs
