from the net:

The ever -fullness , the eternal , the granter of liberation, the bliss absolute, the delighting lord of the worlds.

you reached the abode of nanda , in exceedingly cosy comfort, the ladies of the house with full moon faces were at your service looking after your comforts. you played in their houses with exuberance. you looked after the cowherds with the agility of a thief. our lovely efflugent krishna!

you reclime in the milky ocean . you give protection to the jnanis to rise as the son of vasudeva for the welfare of the world . you were but a boy- you were nevertheless the protector of the world. " he ate the hardened cream from curds as it is as . he smeared the cream on the mouth of the daughter in law of the house he ate the hardened cream
from the curds with cream intact. thus answered the daughter in law when questioned by mother in law. overhearing the loud conversation lord krishna shouted "she is a thief who deserves to be beaten up" . krishna rushes to the abdoes of the cowherds . he drinks from the pot of ghee in profusion . the cow herd lasses appaled to him "oh protecting lord! does your meanness in treating thus the wives of the cowherds benefit you?
" The cowherd lasses in the township of the cowherds , assembled angrily and approached yasoda with complaint " your son comes to our houses early in the dusk time and behaves with us without impunity and modesty. how to tell you, oh madam! he exchanges the lasses between houses and creates quarrel among the husbands and their wifes.

Thus your darling son day in and day out spends time withus as our manmadha. after all we have our husbands to answer . oh darling son! the origin of manmadha please come here . you are our saviour . i have poured the milk in this golden cup for you . The cow herd lasses say you are a thief . They are overenjoyed about their complaint. please pay in front of the house. oh darling son with features!" so said yasoda to krishna.

oh lord, the son of devaki, you uplifted govardhana hill and upheld it as an umbrella. you destroyed kamsa whose arrogance knew no bounds. you took charge as the ruler of mathura city and ruled over the kingdom with the majesty of a soverign.

this lullaby is sung as a song steeped in srungara and couched in lovely words by sri thallapaka annamacharya in praise of lord madanagopala or venkateshwara of tirupathi.
this song confers in abundance , all types of auspiciousness and affluence here and now.

Thank you for the explanation of the lines. All available versions of the song have only 3 stanzas. Is there a full version in raga Kaapi available? Thank you.
