I came across a reference to this book recently. The title is quite intriguing, and given the background of the author, it promises to be a veritable feast indeed! However, the book doesn't seem to available for purchase (publication year is 2001; is it out of print?).

Anyone here who has read the book or knows where one can get a copy?

Try looking for Raga 'n Josh - it's a newer edition that reprints Cooking and Here's Someone.
