Neelamani is a derivative of Sarasangi(27thmELam) with
SA RI MA PA DA NI SA ; SA NI DA PA MA RI SA
pLEASE VIEW AND LISTEN TO ONE OF MY KRITIS in the raga Neelamani "

About Krishna mani I am yet to come across the swaroopa of the raga, though according to one of our forum members it is akin to the scale of Hindolam (with a slight variation in ava.roh Viz.SA NI DA MA GA MA GA SA.Please ref under the thread Krishnamani.(raga&alapana.
I have heard Madurai Somu sing "Enna kavi paadinaalum" several occasions.
