IIT Music Club annual fest postponed.

The Music Club IIT Madras has decided to postpone its annual fest, CLASFEST, which is usually held in the first week of August. The Central Lecture Theatre(CLT), where the club's concerts usually are held, is under renovation and is not available. Hence, the Music Club has decided to postpone the fest. We will be organising the Annual Music Series, CLASFEST, once the CLT is ready.

The Music Club will have monthly programmes, during august also, at alternate venues where our activites have been going on for about an year now.

Hello Bharath,
Any idea when the CLT will be ready.It is taking quite a long time. And hope this year we have more than four concerts(last year there were only four!)

sathej, usually 4 or 5 concerts are only held during clasfest. not more than that.

As the CLT is not getting ready anytime soon, The Music Club IIT Madras is planning to have its annual fest, ClasFest 2007 at the Dept of Management Studies Hall during the 3rd week of August.
