I have been informed that the complete set in this series is available now. As well, two volumes of Dikshitar's works - one in Malayalam and one in Devanagari.
Anyone can access these from the website indicated at the end of this post.

1) Five volumes of a Malayalam edition of Sangita sampradaya Pradarshini
of Subbarama Dikshithar (total pages 2885) as follows:
Volume 1: Cakrams 1,2,3 - Melams 1 to 18 (645 pages)
Volume 2: Cakram 4 -Melamsd 19 to 24 (572 pages)
Volume 3: Cakram 5 and 6 - Melams 19 to 36 (694 pages)
Volume 4: Cakram 7 to 12 -Melams 37 to 72 (466 pages)
Volume 5: Appendix A and B: 16 lengthy Ragamalikas and 55 rare compositions by different
vaggeyakars (510 pages)

2) Two lengthy books in PDF -
"Compositions of Muthuswami Dikshithar Notated in
Sangita Samopradaya Pradarshini and Prathamabhyasa Pusthakamu"
Malayalam edition: 898 pages
Sanskrit edition (928 pages).
