Above lyrics posted have few typo/errors.
Checked 2 sources (venkatakavi.org https://venkatakavi.org/composition/ninranda-mayilonru
and one more https://www.oothukaduvenkatakavi.in/%e0%ae%a8/) both seem to have additional lines too.

There are few renditions available both in dance form videos and one singing esp
https://youtu.be/g8RLFk8j9TQ available in YT by Smt Aruna Sairam wherein she had given a translation too in description of the video but its not word-word though.
(Also it doesn't include meanings for 1/2 stanzas she had actually sung in full )
But that can give a good gist of the song piece except for those missing lines.

Note: Below i have attempted to give word-word meaning for all lines and if any errors/additions others see anywehere please feel free to do so.

1
ninṛanda(The one that was standing) mayilonṛu(A peacock) tāḷangaḷ(Beats in a rhythmic manner) pōḍa(Play/perform)

While a calf was fanning its tail Lord Kannan too was performing songs/tunes by playing his flute.

(gOvinda gOvinda rAdhA mukundA
bhakta kOlAha canda brndAvanA gOpI janAmbOdhi candrA)
==> Chanting the names of the Lord Krishna as "Govinda Govinda,Radha Mukunda " devotees/followers were in ecstasy/joy in the moonlit brindavana garden where Krishna was the moon of enlightenment for his Gopis/herd.

eppōdidai(When this moment) pōlum(Like) ēṭṛayō(Accepted) kādē(Oh Ears)

ānadāl(So/Hence) maṭṛedaiyum(All other stuff/things) āyappuhādē(Do not pay attention to/go into/dwell into)

Oh Ears, the moment you heard/accepted something like this from this moment as much as possible to the best of your abilities do not fail hereon.
Stop giving excuses/lamenting for it's not possible to get another moment like this when that crucial moment comes. Hence do not pay attention/dwell into all other things.

why do you get any doubts hereafter?
