Can´t find anywhere a lenghty list of carnatic audav ragas where aroh/avroh whould be displayed ....
On the other hand I found an interesting site where the more well-known ones are grouped together according to graha bhedam and then according to swara bedham .

Nowhere to be heard , but it´s included in many lists .
