Thank you for sharing. A pleasant concert of a radio concert duration. TMK sang Tulasivanam's song with a lot of feeling. The neraval was very nice. H.N.Bhaskar supported all along very sweetly to make the concert flow. Kesava Pillai's karuNA sAgara
was next, and the swarams were reminiscent of his guru. He invested enough emotion in his nATTaikkuRinji. Again, Bhaskar encouraged him to sing in that strain, it seemed. Yes, Sweet and terse swarams ensued. The kriti in Mohanam was followed by tAnam. Again, a pleasant presentation by both.
Guruprasad's ghatam is always an asset, his azhutham punctuated with that sometimes quizzical expression playing on his face
Though a mini-concert, it appealed to me and brought back old memories of concerts of his that I have heard...
