A friend tried to register with this site. They have waited for well over 1.5 months, sent multiple messages via the "Contact us" link on the top, etc., to no avail. The registration is "inactive" and "will need to be approved by an administrator before you can log in."
How best to get this to happen?

Apologies, all registrations are manually approved to prevent bots and spam. However in some cases, the notification does not come through so they may not have been approved in time or may have been rejected incorrectly. Please can you ask them to share their username and i will have a look?
