I usually associate tA taiyyA tat tat tAm with a Sabdam, especially if it was in kAmbhOji, not a tillAnA.

More recently, Madurai Sri N. Krishnan has composed Sabdams without using kAmbhOji. I have to say that I love the traditional start to a Sabdam with the mEl sthAyi kAmbhOji phrases...
thanks shankar ji for info.
i could find the composition
(that started with phrases tA taiyyA tat tat tAm in ragamalika format with khamboji at start
