Veena Teacher contact?

I wish to learn the veena but I don't have any knowledge of music at this stage. So I need a teacher who won't mind to start from zero. I'm 18 yr old, by the way. And can give four hours for learning per week. I need a teacher in Pune (Maharashtra).
And how much time will it take to learn the basics in vocal? When will I start with the veena?
