music on television

Post by wordpecker070 »

Prince Rama Varma’s music classes are being telecast on Sri Venkateshwara Bhakthi Channel, which comes under the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam, from Monday onwards. The daily thirty-minute classes (Monday to Friday) will be telecast from 4.30 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. In these classes, he will teach compositions of his guru, Dr. Balamuralikrishna, Annamacharya, Bhadrachalam Ramadas, kritis of his ancestor, Maharaja Swati Thirunal, Sadasiva Brahmendra, Thulasidas and so on. In addition to compositions of Dr. Balamuralikrishna, Varmaji will also teach compositions that have been tuned by his guru, including Swathi kritis. :D

Thanks
The link does not lead to his classes. It will be nice if the classes are loaded to Youtube for all of us to learn online..

If you view the link at 4:30pm to 5:00pm Indian Standard time from Monday to Friday, you can
watch Prince's classes.
