I would like more information on how to participate locally in this event, but couldn't find any links in the article. How does one register (as an amateur)?

Such mistakes in THEHINDU!!!. UNPARDONABLE. even in BANGALOREwhere TOI is immensely popular,
my admiration for The Hindu has not waned. i still vote for The Hindu.
