There isn't one. shrI of HM is a janya of pUrvi (kAmavardhini)thAT and Karnatak shrI is a janya of KharaharapriyA (kAfi thAT).

Just reading about Hindustani Shree, it seems that the closest scale in CM would be Maruthi, a janya of Kamavardhini (Pantuvarali). Details:

SRMPNS-SNDPMGRS, technically the same as Hindustani Shri.

I have never ever heard Maruthi ragam. In Hindustani Shri, I read that while descending, they tend to skip the high S and the P.

Yeah I don't think there is an equivalent Carnatic ragam. Maybe there is one with similar notes as @RangaNayaki mentioned. Shree is one of those "hardcore" Hindustani ragas IMO. The glide from P to R is a key characteristic and usually those glides to R1 have a strong Hindustani flavor without Carnatic equivalents. Analogous to the kampita gandharam of Carnatic that doesn't translate to Hindustani.
