Ittar or attar is an indigenous perfume prepared by distilling rose petals. Could the word ittiri br a variation?

Yes, Ithiri Neram Othiri Karyam! But I am looking for Telugu connection.

Rsachi:
Would it be part of a Telugu word -- possibly a verb ending? Be?

Further deductions would need the context. Did you encounter it in a lyric or a conversation?
