Temple puzzle

What is the common feature between all these temples of India?

Kaleshvaram (north India)
Kedarnath (north India)
Kalahasti (Andhra)
Tiruvannamalai (Tamilnadu)
Ekambranatha (Tamilnadu)
Tiruvanaikkaval (Tamilnadu)
Chidambaram (Tamilnadu)
Rameshvaram (Tamilnadu)

Though it is surprisingly attractive, it is indeed a fallacy.
Unfortunately, these temples are not located in a straight line.

Out of the eight temples, let us take only six. As seen in the google map given here, definitely they are not in a straight line.

Instead of a line, if we have to draw a band to fit in all the temples, then it has to be 120km-wide band !

But, if we are at spiritual wonder, we can find dozens of Vinayaka temples in Tamil Nadu falling in a straight line ! So too, Mariamman temples and Siva temples !

True. When you look at the expanded map it is obvious that they are not in a straight line. But all of them are around the 79 degree longitude.
Kaleshvaram (79.9067), Kedarnath (79.0669), Kalahsti (79.3037), Ekambranatha (79.7036)
Tiruvannamalai (79.0747), Tiruvanikkaval (78.7108, Chidambaram (79.6950) and Rameshvaram (79.3129).
