This is happening all the time: our missing out on many a favorite.
Just saw PS's song being discussed in the Sahitya Section. How did I forget this beautiful song?
bAla krishnan pAda malar paNIvOrkkiDar illai. If you have not heard it before, go there and listen to KVN singing it!

Bhaja Govindam (Ragamalika, MSS' sparkling version of Adi Shankara's critique)
Bhaja Re Manasa (Abheri, liked it more than Nagumomu at one point). Loved the way Abheri is used in this composition.
Brochevarevarura (Khamas, peerless composition in the ragam)
Bhagyada Lakshmi Baramma (especially the Bowli version by Nityashree Mahadevan, also the Ahir Bhairav version by Bhimsen Joshi)

I could have said Balakanakamaya if its pallavi hadn't been "Ela Nee Dayaradu". That is one brilliant composition in Athana.

Top 5 (in no particular order):

Bala Vinave - Kambhoji - Triputa - Kshetrayya [Brinda-Muktha, Malladi Brothers and Pinakapani] - That 'Chinnanati' is undoubtedly the best Kambhoji ever composed.
Balagopala - Bhairavi - Adi - Dikshithar [TMK - Both regular and SSP versions, DKP] - Dikshithar's magic as usual - The madhyamakala sahityam, the gentle 'nila niradha sharira' and the meandering charanam.
Brihadiswaraya Namaste - Sankarabharanam - Adi - Attributed to Dikshithar [Voleti] - Without a doubt, a most lovely creation. Whether or not it was indeed MD (although I am inclined to believe it wasn't), the piece is beautiful in its own right. Voleti of course infuses his rendition with his characteristic panache.
Bhavayami Raghuramam - Ragamalika - Rupakam - Swati Tirunal [MDR] - Not only does one revel in MDR's fantastic, elaborate and leisurely rendition, one must give props to the pitamaha for tuning it so brilliantly.
Balasubrahmanyam - Surati - Adi - Dikshithar [Malladi Brothers] - While everyone talks about Angarakam, this is an equally brilliant, albeit much more rarely presented, krithi. The Malladi brothers preface it with an expansive alapana and neraval+swarams at 'Velayudha dharam' - an aural treat.

Honourable mentions (I know there are a lot here, but bear with me):

Brahma Kadigina Padamu - Mukhari - Adi - Tallapaka Annamacharya [MSS and Nedunuri]
Brahma Kadigina Padama - Sama - Misra Chapu - Avadhanula Ramamurthy
Bale Balendu - Ritigowla - Adi - Tyagaraja [SR, RKM and RK]
Bhakti Bicchamiyave - Sankarabharanam - Rupakam - Tyagaraja [Malladi Brothers and KVN]
Bhavanutha - Mohana - Adi - Tyagaraja [Nedunuri and TMK]
Balakrishnam - Gopikavasantham - Adi - Dikshithar [SSI and TMK]
Balakrishnan - Dhanyasi - Rupakam - Papanasam Sivan [KVN and DKJ]
Bhajami Santatam - Athana - Adi - Vasudevachar [TMK]
Bhajare Re Manasa - Devagandharam - Adi - Vasudevachar [MLV and Santhanam]
Bhavayami Gopalabalam - Yamunakalyani - Khanda Chapu - Tallapaka Annamacharya [MSS]
Brovavamma - Manji - Misra Chapu - Syama Sastri [TMK]
Bhajare Re Chittha - Kalyani - Misra Chapu - Dikshithar [MDR and TMK]
Brindavana Lola - Thodi - Rupakam - Tyagaraja [MDR]
Budham Ashrayami - Natakurinji - Jhampa - Dikshithar [MDR]
Bharati Mamava - Thodi - Adi - Swati Tirunal [MDR]
