According to the website, this is called the "ashTa-jAma rAgamAlika" - for the eight jAmas of the night, ending in bhUpALam to welcome the dawn, I guess....

Hi,

Can somebody tell me what is the meaning of this line. What is meant by limbs and why is the lord compared to Manmatha.

O one whose limbs are as lovely as those of Manmatha

thank you.

Manmatha is thought to be the epitome of (male) physical beauty - hence the comparison to him

Limbs make the body, and hence the use of the term 'limbs'. The running meaning of that line is "one whose physical form is of unsurpassed beauty"

I think in this context, anga means the entire body, not just limbs.
There are many places where anga is used as one's physical body/appearance. eg shantakaram. Meghavarnam Shubhangam.

I think you can interpret it as: Oh padmanAbha, with lotus petal-like eyes, who is joyously reclining on the king of snakes, protect me, whose mind is weakened by desire.
