Thanks to PB for having unearthed this rare varnam. I availed of this opportunity to listen to this beautiful song. I heard certain parts slightly differently:
1-second line :nAdum adiyAr instead of nAnum adaiya
2-9th line:varam aruLa instead of valam varuga
second part--line 6-azhaginai instead of mazhai idi
line11-mARan azhagudan instead of mAyavan oruvan
-mArutham adaitha mAsu ena ninaithu(dust cloud which blocks the breeze? ) I am not very sure about this.May be Dr Shankar may hear it differently
there was also one last para which I heard like this:
nIrulagil nanneeradi puRam nIr anindhu thigazh
nI yena magizhndhu nI paniya dhinam
nIL aravamudan nIla mayilinil
varam thara varum gugan

Thanks... I have heard the song and I used to have the lyrics and meaning written down by hand but unfortunately I don't have the copy any more, based on my memory of that, the corrections from PonBhairavi are spot on. Thank you both for the lyrics... now for the meaning? :)

Building on what Sri PB and Ponbhairavi have heard and transcribed, this is what I hear. The word in red font is something I am not sure of, even after trying to interpret it based on the dancer's actions. Meaning will follow.

Here is the meaning - at the outset, let me say that I personally do not like presenting a set of caraNa svarams without the corresponding sAhitya - I am not sure if the sAhitya to go along with the 4th set of caraNa svaras were not composed, or if it was omitted in this performance is not clear...
This is a composition of dancer/choreographer/composer Madura Sri Muralidaran (hence the mudra 'muraLi')....
The word in red font is still something I am not sure of...

pallavi
ADum mayil mEl varuvAn azhagan murugan avanai
nADum aDiyAr azhaittAl malaiyil irundu magizhndu iRangi

(Muruga will come on his dancing peacock) when the composer (muraLiyum), opening (tirandu) both (iru) his eyes (vizhi malar), desirous (virumbum) of witnessing (kANavE) the beauty (azhaginai) [5] that manifests (tarum) with the gypsy-woman (kuRamagaL) smiling (kurunagai puriyavum) on one side (oru puRam), and mother (annai) dEvasEnA (dEvayAnai) delighting (magizha) on the other (maru puRam), calls out (azhaitiDa) for him!

caraNasvara sAhityam 3
nIDulagil nannIrADi puRam nIr anindu
agam nI yena magizhndu
nIpaNiya dinam nIL aravamudan
nIla mayilinil varam tara varum guhan (tandaikku…)

In this enduring world (nIDulagil), after having a bath (nannIrADi), and smearing (anindu) ashes (nIr) [8] on the exterior (puRam), delighting that you (nI yena) are inside, in (my) soul (agam), (I) offer (aNiya) [9] kaDamba (nIpa) [10] flowers (to him) every day (dinam), to murugA (guhan), who comes (varum) to grant (tara) boons (varam) on a blue (nIla) peacock (mayilinil) that carries in its beak (uDan) a long (nIL) serpent (aravam), (you are the one who explained the incantation to his father)!

FOOTNOTES
[1] azhagan murugan IMO is a pleonasm – sort of like saying ‘great big’ – murugan actually means ‘handsome one’, so azhagan murugan may be redundant
[2] Gypsy maiden – aka vaLLI
[3] kUnal piRai again is a pleonasm IMO, because piRai is crescent shaped, implicit in the meaning is its bent form, so kUnal (bent) could be considered redundant
[4] ARu paDai vIDu – the six (ARu) ‘houses’/residences/temples (vIDu) where hordes (paDai) of muruga’s devotees flock to, are pazhani, svAmimalai, tiruccendUr, pazham-udir-cOlai, tiruttaNi, and tiruparankunRam
[5] the 'beauty' is the vision of muruga with vaLLi and dEvasEna on either side
[6] the incantation is OM, the essence of the praNava
[7] mAperum is a very commonly used pleonasm
[8] while nIr can be water, it refers to tirunIr, or vibhUti here (as shown by the dancer in the clip Sri PB posted
[9] and [10] the choreography in the clip that Sri PB has posted interprets the phrase ‘nIpaNiya’ as nI (you) paNiya (worship) – but I think nI paNiya doesn’t make sense – nIpaNiya (or nIpam aNiya) also doesn’t make perfect sense either, but murugA is also called kaDamba – one who loves/wears a garland made of kadama/kaDamba flowers, and nIpa also means kadamba – If any of the others can help here, it will be much appreciated....

I would like to make 3 submissions :
1-tirumalar tAmarai ARinil : If we take ARu as six, it can be considered as a reference to the six lotus flowers in the Saravanapoigai where the sparks from the third eye of Siva condensed into six babies which combined together made the ARumuga kadavul
2-caraNa sAhityam-2 :According to skanda puranam TArakAsuran created a huge mountain( krouncha malai - so huge that it blocks the wind flow ) and made it a shield behind which he hid himself with his army. But Muruga smashed that mountain like dust.
the singer says adaindha instead of adaitha. Can it be a mispronunciation ?
3-caraNa sAhithyam 3: I heard the first word as nIrulagil a world surrounded by water. The dancer's abhinayam also appears to depict a waterfall.
I would paraphrase it like this: In this world surrounded by water, if, after taking bath ,wearing vibhuthi and enjoying that you ( murugan ) are the inner self, you( the devotee) worship him every day, the gugan(one who inhabits the cave of inner self) will come mounted on his peacock and serpent to grant you the boons.

padamalar paNindiDuvOm pArengum uyar vara aruLum mAl marugA mana magizhndu

Is there an audio recording?
There are a couple of words that need tweaking: otherwise it seems ok.
Can post the meaning once the words are clear
