74 caturyugam yengum muzhangiDa tanga padam caturangam thozhudiDum(?)
chakra rAyan
(I don't know what 74 stands for. It reverberates in all the four yugams. Golden feet (tanga padam) caturangam (?) worship.......????)
tarani aLandavan catur vEdan
illangai rAvaNan thulanga maDiyavE
malanga maDuseyda (?) madusUdanan
(He is the one who spanned the universe, the embodiment of the four vEdAs,. He was responsible for the death of rAvaNan of lankA. He (madusUdanan) created the deep pool in the river???).
I don't know what the reference to the pool means. It may indirectly refer to the bridge ( Rama Sethu ) created across the Palk Straits between India and Srilanka.
matsya,kUrma,varAha avatAram
maNNai aLandavan mahA mAyan
accham tavirtta souriya rAyan
hari nArAyaNa kauttuvamE
He incarnated as the fish, turtle, and the boar. He is the great charmer who spanned the universe. He (SourirAyan) abolished our fear. This is a kauttuvam of hari nArAyaNan.
The first stanza is quite cumbersome to edit. I have edited the rest of the song to the extent I see it proper. I have given some rough meanings as a start in parentheses. Others can correct/modify the meanings.

Here's a link for the dance. Very beautifully choreographed.
