sAramaina mATalentO cAlu cAlu rA - behAg - rUpakam
I am starting a new thread because Sou2 has been requesting the meaning of this jAvaLi in the nAtya thread by tacking on the request to other topics instead of starting a new one.
Since members well versed in telugu have not responded, here is my very amateurish attempt. Hopefully, errors will be fixed before Sou2's choreography becomes set in stone!
pallavi
sAramaina mATalentO cAlu cAlu rA
My Lord, there are so many (entO) wonderful/excellent (sAramu aina = sAramaina) words (mATalu) that you are throwing at me, please STOP (cAlu cAlu) [1].
anupallavi
sArasAkSa mImentO santOSamu mElu
Oh lotus (sArasa)-eyed (aksha) one! Because of you (mImu), my happiness (santOshamu) is increasing (mElu) to unimagined heights.
caraNam 1
sOmuDu dayamAyanEmi sudatiki mahA bhAgyamAyanE
kAmakOTi sundara mA bhAgyamiTulAyanE
I am indeed enormously (mahA) fortunate (bhAgyamAyanE) that the moon (sOmuDu) is so kind (dayamEmi) to this woman (sudatiki) ! Oh lord who is more handsome (sundara) than countless (kOTi = crores) manmathas (kAma)! See how our (mA) fortune (bhAgyamu) has become (AyanE) so (iTulu)!
caraNam 2
manavi vinarA sAmi ninnu nammiyunnAnu marEmi
ghanuDaina shESuNipai velayu shrI padmanAbha
My lord (sAmi), please hear (vinarA) my hearfelt request (manavi)! Oh mighty (ghanuDaina) SrI [2] padmanAbhA, who reclines (velayu) atop (pai) AdisEsha (sEshuNi), I am depending (nammi unnAnu) [3] on you, do not forget me (marEmi) [4].
FOOTNOTES
[1] rA – is a term of familiarity, like DA, or aDi in tamizh
[2] SrI padmanAbha – could also be interpreted as the lotus (padma)-naveled (nAbhA) one along with his consort lakshmi (SrI)
[3] Literal meaning of 'nammi unnAnu' is 'living/existing (unnAnu) by placing one's belief (nammi)'
[4] Translated contextually

Re: sAramaina mATalentO cAlu cAlu rA - behAg - rUpakam
I think the context of this jAvaLi is a conversation between the nAyikA and her lover who is probably trying to defend his actions for having ignored her - and tries to make clever arguements when she intervenes and asks him to stop throwing such approrpiate/high falutin (sAramaina) words (mATalu)...
And in the first caraNam, I think she says that it is her great fortune that the moon has cooperated with her by lighting her way when she comes to meet with her lover, and in the next line, she probably calls attention to her lot when she is not united with him, even though being with him brings them both such joy.
Hopefully, our dancer members will elaborate more.

Great effort Ravi. Have never tried to understand this wonderful Javali till now, so this is a very good help. My grasp of Telugu is flimsy at best, but could marEmi be read together with ninnu nammiyunnAnu to mean "who else" or "what else" (who else I trust / believe in except you) ?

The svAti turunAL website gives one more charanam to this javali:
marunAthani sharabhagamu
gAvOdUnIku mAyanthudayakAnArAda
virahamaina vAridhilO munigiyunnAnentO
Also
the meaning given by Dr.T.K.Govinda Rao to this javali is:
Enough of your uttering fruitful words?
Oh one with lotus eyes! We are very happy. Good!
Moon has risen. That lady is lucky since she got your compassion. You are handsome like CUPID! But my fate is like this!
Don't you have any compassion for me, who is hit by the arrows of CUPID? I am completely drowned in this ocean of VIRAHA-pang of separation.
Oh my Lord! Please listen to my plea. I am completely depending up on you. Oh the one bearing the lotus in the navel and reclining on the serpent bed-ADISESHA
