I found this translation by Lakshman on the Narthaki.com forum.
sakhiyE inda vELaiyil jAlam seyyAdE
Oh sakhi (friend)! dont do tricks with me at this time
endan sAmiyai azhaittODi vADi
Invite and bring my swami (Krishna) quickly
---------------------------------------------------
mahitalam pugazhum metta mahimai rAjanagaril
In the king of cities that the world praises
tighiri sangEndum sengai thigazh rAjagOpAlarai
is Rajagopala who holds the shanku and chakkara in his pink hands
-------------------------------------------------------
(muktAyi svara sAhityam)
nAgarIka mighavum sarasa vaghaiyAi malaraNamEl anudinamum
(I am not too sure abt this line)
For the bonding (physical) that happens in the flower strewn bed everyday
arumaiyAgha sallApa matiyoDu nalla ullAsa villAsa kalApa nilAvil kulAva
To join and have fun in the beautiful moon with a love filled mind
(Pallavi- bring my swami)
-------------------------------------------------------
pAngAna mayilE adhika mayalAi mati mayangi puvvALi mAmanidOduDan
Oh Beautiful peacock! I am love-stricken by the volley of flower arrows of Manmadha
1: nIngA iravil tUngA kuyil paluka
2: EdO oru vaghaiyAi varugudu sol nI dupAyamA vivEka nayaguNa
(I have to verify the lyrics)
3: mA mOhana ratiyE nI tAn dayavuDanE duraiyai varavum nI sollu
Oh extremely attractive (Rathi-like) girl! Please ask my durai(lord) to come.
nIDu malar sUDi vara vADi viLaiyADi shruti kUDi isai pADi ennai kUDa manam mODi enna
Doesnt he have the heart to adorn me with flowers, play with me, sing to the tune and then join with me?
-----
Does someone have the swara notation for this piece? I'm not talking about just the mukthaiyeswaram and charanams, but also for the pallavi and anu? It would be much appreciated!

krishnaa,
I assume you wanted a word-to-word translation, so here goes. This is another of my favorite pada varNams.
pallavi
sakhiyE inda vELaiyil jAlam sheyyAdE endan sAmiyai azhaittODi vADi
Oh friend! Do not practice (SeyyAdE) artfulness (jAlam) with me at this (inda) time (vELaiyil). Please bring (azhaittu vADi) my (endan) Lord (sAmiyai) here to me in all haste (ODi - literally 'at a cantor').
anupallavi
mahitalam pugazhum metta mahimai rAjanagaril tigiari shangEndum tigazh rAjagOpAlan
In the ap, the heroine inddicates who 'her sAmi' is: She says: Wielding (Endum) a discuss (tigiri) and a conch (SaNgu), he is the lustrous/eminent (tigazh) krishNa (rAjagOpAlan) in the abundantly (metta) grandiose (mahimai) city of rAjanagar (rAjanagaril) that is praised by (pugazhum) by everyone on the surface (talam) of this earth (mahi) [1].
(muktAyi svara sAhityam)
nAgarIkamigavum sarasa vagaiyAi malaraNaimEl anudinamum
arumaiyAga sallApa matiyoDu nalla ullAsa villAsa kalAvum nilAvil kulAva
(Oh friend, please bring him to me so that) we can be intimate (kulAva) everyday (anudinamum) on (mEl) a bed (aNai) strewn with flowers (malar) in a very civilized (nAgarIkamAgavum) and courteous (sarasa) manner (vagaiyAi) under the influence of excellent (nalla) gay (ullAsa) and expansive (vilAsa) moon (nilavil) that is very conducive for our union (kalAvum), where we can spend precious (arumaiyAga) indulging our thoughts (matiODu) for conversation (sallApa) [2].
caraNam
pAngAna mayilE adiga mayalAi mati mayangi puvvALi mAmanidOduDan
Oh beautiful (pAngAna) damsel (mayilE) [3], can't you see that manmatha (mAmanidOdu) [4] with (uDan) his flowery (pU) arrows (vALi) has intoxicated (mayangi) my mind (mati) by filling it with excessive (adiga) desire (mayalAi)?
caraNa svara sAhityam 1
nIngA iravil tUngA kuyil paluka
And, as the sleepless (tUngA) cuckoo (kuyil) intensifies (paluka) my distress in this never-ending (nIngA) night (iravil), can you not see the ravages wrought by manmatha?
caraNa svara sAhityam 2
EdO oru vagaiyAi varugudu Sol nI upAyam vivEka nayaguNa
I am so infactuated, I feel as if something (EdO) is coming over me (oru vagaiyAi varugudu)! It is you (nI) who has to help me with/tell me (Sol) of a way out (upAyam) of this situation, Oh! friend of mine who is endowed with both intelligence (vivEka), and principled character (naya guNa)....
caraNa svara sAhityam 3
mA mOhana ratiyE nI tAn dayavuDanE duraiyai varavum nI shollu
nIDu malar shUDi vara vADi viLaiyADi shruti kUDi ishai pADi ennai kUDa manam mODi enna
Oh extremely (mA) attractive (mOhana) damsel (ratiyE), it is only you (nI tAn) out of the kindness (dayaviDanE) of your heart, who can not only invite Lord (duraiyai) to come (varavum) to me, but can also ask him what (enna) this discord (mODi) is that is occupying his mind (manam), preventing him from uniting (kUDa) with me (ennai) and indulging in loving acts such as adorning my hair (SUDi) with a long (nIDu) string of flowers (malar), playing (viLaiyADi vara) with me, matching/blending (kUDi) his pitch (Sruti) with mine and singing (iSai pADi) joyously [5].
FOOTNOTES
[1] The praise can be for rAjagOpAla as well, and not just for the city rAjanagaram
[2] sallApam is both platonic dialogue as well as amorous conversation
[3] Beautiful girls are usually addressed as mayilE (peacock) or annamE (swan) to epitomize their beauty and grace
[4] I have translated this contextually, but have never heard of manmathan referred to this way - Lji can confirm if the word is correct
[5] Sruti kUDi can also mean 'aligning to Sruti' - I have translated it more romantically, given the general nature of the varNam

Could you please send it to this account? I can't open my old mail any more.
Do you also have the music notation for it?
Thank you very much for your quick reply and help, Sir.
